www.myspace.com/alfredobassinyourface. This is the classic ‘Donna Lee’ written and performed by Charlie Parker. Most of you probably know the Jaco version, which was a remake of this. I’m not playing this at full speed, but it’s still at about 190 bpm’s (I’m only human!!). I’m using the f-bass and rotosound strings.

Oh boy, my first saxy video on YouTube! It’s a bit of a scary thing, but here it is. Let me preface it by saying:

PS sorry the volume is so low at the beginning… and had to lower my computer’s input volume so my horn and speakers didn’t overpower it. I’m not really saying anything very important.

PPS not sure what all that dead space at the end is about… deal with it.
